Hi! I'm Luke Gaudreau, a user experience design strategist and librarian at Boston College. I lead cross-functional teams to understand our users. I bring people together to work towards a common vision. I help us follow a roadmap to success by:
- inspiring creativity and dedicated effort
- building trust across the entire organization
- fostering a culture of taking ownership, making small bets, and learning and adapting
- sharing credit and recognition for great teamwork
Outside of work, you can find me digging for jazz records, playing nerf basketball with my three-year old son, or taking walks with the family and our Airedale.
